Reorganized some things out of the Modernizing section to the new Minimum GTR2 section. Update : Added a new Minimum GTR2 section to outline what I feel are the minimum tweaks to bring GTR2 closer to a modern experience. Reorganized some other sections undere a Game Settings section. Update 2: Added Crew Chief GTR2 Enhancements Plugin section under the Modernizing section with download/install instructions and a features list.
